Miami, FL (February 24, 2024) – Authorities in Miami-Dade County responded to a pedestrian accident that left a 9-year-old boy injured.

The incident occurred at the intersection of Sesame Street and Northwest 27th Avenue in Opa-locka on Friday night. The child was reportedly hit by a vehicle before being airlifted to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
