Miami, FL – Fatal Hit-and-Run Reported on NW 47th Ave

Miami, FL (April 5, 2024) – A death investigation is underway Friday night following a possible fatal hit-and-run in Northwest Miami-Dade.

A stretch of roadway on NW 47th Avenue, between NW 188th Street and 191st Street, was closed while police investigated. Drivers were being urged to avoid the area, and officers said additional information would be released as soon as more details become available. Anyone with information about the incident was asked to call Crime Stoppers.
