West Palm Beach, FL – Disabled Vehicle Leads to Fatal Crash on I-95 near 45th St Exit
West Palm Beach, FL (July 13, 2021) – A fatal crash shut down the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 in West Palm Beach for several hours on Tuesday, July 13th.
According to police, a 60-year-old woman from Port St. Lucie was traveling in the northbound lanes of Interstate 95, in the area of the 45th Street exit ramp, when her car became disabled in the middle lane. The driver of a pick-up truck that was directly behind the woman’s vehicle was unable to stop in time and crashed into the back of her car.
The woman in the car died at the scene.
The driver of the pick-up truck, a 48-year-old man from Boca Raton, suffered non-critical injuries.
