Miami-Dade, FL – One Killed, Two Injured in Wrong-Way Crash on I-95
Miami-Dade, FL (July 13, 2021) – One driver was killed and two more sustained injuries during a wrong-way accident on Interstate 95 in Northwest Miami-Dade on Monday, July 12th.
Florida Highway Patrol officials stated that a Ford SUV was driving northbound in the southbound express lanes near the exit for Northwest 95th Street when it crashed into a pick-up truck and another SUV at about 11:30 p.m.
All three drivers involved in the collision were transported to local area hospitals.
The wrong-way driver passed away a short while later. The two other drivers endured injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.
