Palm Beach Co, FL – One Hospitalized Following Structure Fire in Loxahatchee
Palm Beach County, FL (November 17, 2023) – Fire crews and the West Palm Beach Fire Department responded to a residential fire in Loxahatchee on the night of Wednesday, November 15th. Due to the fire’s size and somewhat remote location, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue engines, water trucks, rescue trucks, rescues, brush trucks, ladder trucks, and water tenders all responded to the scene in an attempt to extinguish the blaze.
Four people were inside the home when it went up in flames. All the residents were able to exit the home. One was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.
Firefighters were able to contain the main portion of the fire to its area of origin. Pictures of the damage show a burnt garage door with a partly melted vehicle inside
An investigator from Palm Beach County Fire Rescue was on site, working to establish the source of ignition.
