Miami, FL (December 13, 2020) – A pedestrian was involved in an accident that took place in Miami on Saturday, December 12th, at around 8:45 p.m. on NW 14th Avenue at the intersection with W. Flagler Street in the Little Havana area.

Police and emergency crews arrived at the scene just after the accident happened. According to eyewitness reports, the pedestrian was lying in the roadway and had to be dragged to safety by passersby. An ambulance transported the injured victim to a nearby hospital where they were listed in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries. There is no information on how the accident took place at this time and it is not clear if the driver remained at the scene following the collision. Police have not said whether any charges are expected to be filed.
