Weston, FL – One Killed in Fatal Motorcycle Crash on I-75
WESTON, FL (January 5, 2020) – A fatal motorcycle accident took the life of one 25-year-old motorcyclist on Thursday, December 31, on an interstate in Weston. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the man’s motorcycle and another vehicle were involved in a collision on Interstate 75.
Authorities stated that the crash took place in the southbound lanes of I-75 near Indian Trace for reasons still under local law enforcement investigation. The motorcyclist, who has not been identified at this time, lost his life at the scene of the crash.
The other driver, only identified as a 68-year-old man from Weston, did not sustain any injuries in the collision. Two lanes of I-75 were blocked while first responders worked at the crash scene.
Nothing further has been disclosed to the public concerning the circumstances of the collision.
