West Palm Beach, FL (April 2, 2024) – A construction worker in West Palm Beach died after falling from the 15th story of a building site.

The incident happened at “The Alexander,” a 210-unit apartment building under construction at 333 Fern Street, on Tuesday, shortly before 2:00 p.m. Witnesses verified that the man had fallen after an apparent collapse. Fire rescue teams and members of the West Palm Beach Police Department responded quickly to the site but could not save the worker. The incident is still under investigation, and no further details were released.
