Injury Accidents in Miami

Car accidents in Florida take place each day, hundreds of times per day. In fact, according to statistics, a reportable crash happens in our state about once every 90 seconds. This means that all motorists are always at risk of being involved in an accident each time they get into a vehicle. While drivers should take all necessary precautions to avoid an accident, some crashes are unavoidable. This is due to the fact that there are negligent drivers on the roadways. These drivers cause accidents and their actions often result in death or serious injuries for innocent motorists.

Following a Florida car accident, you may feel overwhelmed and confused. If the accident resulted in serious injuries, your medical bills are quickly piling up and you are likely unable to enjoy the life that you had prior to the crash. You may wonder during this time if your life will ever be able to go back to normal. While your recovery may take weeks and months, there is hope available.

Under Florida law, you could be entitled to recover for your injuries if the accident was not your fault. This includes payment of your medical bills and expenses, along with compensation for any lost wages as well as pain and suffering that you incurred due to the crash. Depending on the severity of the accident, this number can be substantial.
