Miami, FL - Man Killed in Canal Fall Near 152nd St & 93rd Ave

Miami, FL (March 5, 2024) – A man was discovered dead at the scene of an apparent fall or potentially a hit-and-run on Monday, per reports from local Miami Police officers.

The victim was apparently walking close to Jackson South Medical Center, along the southwest corner of 152nd Street and 93rd Avenue, when he fell into the Miami-Dade canal. Detectives from the Miami-Dade Police Department are presently investigating, however, and have not provided further details.

Our sincere condolences are extended to the deceased man’s loved ones.
