Whether an accident takes place due to driver distraction, fatigued driving, or driver intoxication, a crash caused by negligence often causes serious injuries or even fatalities. This may leave you and your family in a painful and unexpected predicament.
Almost every American knows someone who has been involved in a crash or has been involved in one, or more than one, themselves. Especially if you live in Florida, where the auto accident rate is higher than almost any other state in the nation. According to information provided by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, in Miami-Dade County, a reportable auto collision occurs about once every 8 minutes. On average, approximately 85 people sustain injuries every day due to Miami car crashes.
