Fort Lauderdale, FL – Severe Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash with Injuries
Fort Lauderdale, FL (December 11, 2020) – Police are actively searching for a driver who struck a Norwegian couple who was traveling by foot on a roadway in Fort Lauderdale yesterday, Thursday, December 10. The driver fled the scene of the crash after hitting the couple without stopping to render aid or wait for authorities to arrive.
The accident occurred at an undisclosed location in Fort Lauderdale just after 4:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 10. The location of the accident was only described as a street between the beach and a row of bars.
Both injured victims were transported to a nearby hospital with injuries deemed serious in nature. Their names and current health conditions have not been released at this time.
