Coral Way, FL (October 2, 2020) – A traffic accident sent a bicyclist to the hospital yesterday afternoon at an intersection in Coral Way.
The incident took place at approximately 5:00 p.m. yesterday afternoon, October 1, Thursday at the intersection of Southwest 22nd Street and Coral Gate Drive.
It was reported by a witness that a gold Toyota Corolla struck a bicyclist at the intersection for currently unknown reasons.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of the wreck in order to render aid to the bicyclist, though it is currently unclear how badly hurt the individual was or whether they required emergency transportation to the hospital.
No one involved has been identified at the present time as police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the accident.
