Boca Raton, FL – Victim Hospitalized After Train Wreck on Camino Real at Dixie

Boca Raton, FL (January 27, 2024) – One passenger was injured when a northbound Brightline train collided with a vehicle in Boca Raton on Saturday night.

Police officers and fire departments responded to the collision at 50 West Camino Real and Dixie Highway just before 7:00 p.m. The collision occurred approximately one mile south of the Boca Raton train terminal. One person was transported to a hospital, while another fled the scene on foot, according to police spokeswoman Jessica Desir.
