West Palm Beach Car Accidents

According to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, there were approximately 400,000 reported car accidents in Florida in 2019. From this number, more than 200,000 people sustained injuries, many of them serious injuries. The overwhelming majority of car accidents in Florida are caused by the actions of negligent drivers. These drivers can change the lives of innocent motorists in the blink of an eye. Speeding, distraction, impairment, and reckless driving all play a role in many car accidents in our state.

Under Florida law, you could be entitled to compensation if you have been injured in a crash that was not your fault. A car accident victim may be entitled to recover compensation, including reimbursement for pain and suffering, lost wages, medical and prescription costs, and possibly more. An injured crash victim should never have to pay out of pocket for their injuries when the crash was not their fault. Finding an experienced car accident lawyer who will fight for the compensation that you deserve is an important step in making sure that your case is handled properly.
