Pompano Beach, FL – Two Hospitalized After Collision at 14th Ave & Third St

Pompano Beach, FL (February 6, 2024) – Pompano Beach Fire Rescue crews were dispatched to the location of an accident in which a Broward Sheriff’s Office deputy was involved on Tuesday afternoon.

On Tuesday around 5:00 p.m., authorities were dispatched to the location of the incident, which was the intersection of Southwest 14th Avenue and Third Street. A deputy and one civilian were transported to a nearby hospital after the crash, per BSO, but the events leading up to the collision remain unclear. An inquiry into the accident proceeds in the interim.
