Plantation, FL – Serious Car Accident on W Sunrise Blvd near NW 55th Ave
Plantation, FL (April 21, 2021) – Officials in the Plantation area sent an unspecified number of people to the hospital with injuries due to an accident on April 16. At around 6:30 a.m., emergency crews were requested at the scene of a collision on West Sunrise Boulevard.
According to information from local police, the crash took place on West Sunrise Boulevard near Northwest 55th Avenue, causing moderate traffic delays throughout the area. Emergency crews spent approximately 90 minutes working to secure the scene.
One or more people were taken to area medical centers in order to be treated for injuries they sustained in the wreck. Currently, police in Plantation continue to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
