Northwest Miami-Dade, FL- One Hospitalized when Car Crashes into Fence
Northwest Miami-Dade, FL (November 15, 2020) – One person was taken to the hospital after a car accident in Northwest Miami-Dade on Saturday evening. The crash occurred around 7:30 p.m on Northwest 103rd Street near 35th Court.
The Miami-Dade Police, along with Miami-Dade Fire Rescue crews, responded to the scene of the collision. According to a report, a driver was traveling on Northwest 103rd when another vehicle attempted to make an illegal U-turn and turned into the path of the driver’s car. The driver swerved to avoid a collision and left the roadway, causing his car to collide with a fence. Rescue crews took the injured driver to the trauma unit at Jackson Memorial Hospital following the collision. There is no word on his condition at this time.
Police are still investigating the crash. No further details are available.
