Miami Gardens, FL – Two Killed in Two-Car Crash on I-95 near Miami Gardens Dr
Miami Gardens, FL (February 19, 2021) – Two people lost their lives after an accident that occurred in Miami Gardens on Monday, February 15. According to reports, the incident took place in the southbound express lanes of I-95 near the exit for Miami Gardens Drive.
Police reported that two vehicles were involved. They were identified as a Dodge pickup truck and a Saturn sedan. Two individuals present in the sedan at the time of the crash required extrication from the vehicle. They were both pronounced deceased at the scene.
The southbound lanes of Interstate 95 were shut down at Ives Dairy Road for several hours due to the investigation of the fatal accident. Traffic delays in the area were observed.
