Miami, FL – Woman Hit & Killed in Train Crash on Tequesta Dr

Miami, FL (November 11, 2023) – A police spokesperson confirmed Saturday that a woman was killed after she was hit by a freight train in Tequesta.

Around 4:50 p.m. on a Friday, a pedestrian in her thirties was hit by a train near the intersection of Tequesta Drive and Old Dixie Highway. County Line Road and Riverside Drive were used as detours.

An inquiry into the cause of death is now underway.
