Miami, FL – Three Hospitalized in Vehicle Wreck on 10th Ave
Miami, FL (November 18, 2023) – The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said that on Friday afternoon, a collision near the Buttonwood Shopping Plaza wounded two drivers and a pedestrian.
The corner of Tenth Avenue North and Seven Springs Boulevard was the collision site that PBSO investigated at about 5:40 p.m. The collision report from PBDO states that a 2014 Ford Mustang, driven by a 17-year-old from Palm Springs, was speeding in the outside lane while driving westbound on 10th Avenue North when it hit the front passenger fender of a Honda, a Cadillac CTS, and a power pole. An electrical wire hit a 33-year-old bicyclist as the pole came crashing down on the north shoulder of 10th Avenue. The driver of the Mustang was in critical condition, the driver of the Honda was seriously hurt, and the biker sustained moderate injuries, and all were transported to the hospital. An investigation remains ongoing in the meantime.
Our thoughts go out to the injured victims and their loved ones.
