Miami, FL – SW 62nd Ave Site of Injury Accident Near US 1

Miami, FL (February 15, 2024) – Authorities in Miami-Dade County are looking into an incident that happened on Thursday, February 15, and say the wreck involved a motorist who fled the scene. Officials who arrived at the scene just before 4:55 p.m. said that the crash blocked the area at SW 62nd Avenue and U.S. Highway 1.

Paramedics evaluated a handful of injured victims, though it is uncertain how many people were hurt overall. Officials requested anybody who witnessed the crash or had any more information to get in touch while they carried out their accident investigation.
