Miami, FL - Multi-Vehicle Crash, Injuries on Dolphin Expy

Miami, FL (October 24, 2023) – Two lanes of the eastbound Dolphin Expressway were blocked by a truck crash near the Miami River, but were reopened at roughly 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Stop-and-go traffic extended back beyond the Palmetto Expressway and Northwest 87th Avenue due to the accident following the Northwest 17th Avenue exit.

Though the number of victims involved remains unknown, EMTs were seen transporting at least two people from the scene.

No further details were released, but an investigation is still ongoing.

Our thoughts are extended to the injured victims and their families.
