Miami, FL – Motorcyclists Hurt in Crash on SW 192nd Street
Miami, FL (April 4, 2021) – Police in Miami responded to the scene of a crash involving several motorcycles and a vehicle on Saturday afternoon. The collision took place just after 12:00 p.m. on Southwest 192nd Street at the intersection of 187th Avenue.
According to officers, a caravan of motorcycles were traveling eastbound. Suddenly, and for unknown reasons, one of the motorcyclists lost control and skidded into oncoming traffic. The motorcycle was hit by a car traveling eastbound. Two riders suffered serious injuries and were transported to a local hospital to receive treatment. There is no additional information regarding their condition at this time. The driver of the vehicle was not injured as a result of the collision. None of the crash victims were immediately identified and police have not said if any charges are expected to be filed.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing at this time. There is no further information available.
