Miami, FL – Man Killed in Rollover Collision on FL Trnpke at 199th St

Miami, FL (January 23, 2024) – Officials reported Thursday afternoon that a motorist was killed in a rollover wreck on a Florida Turnpike ramp in Miami-Dade.

The accident took place close to Hard Rock Stadium on the Turnpike’s southbound approach near Northwest 199th Street. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at least two vehicles were involved in the incident, which resulted in one man’s death. The events leading up to the collision are still unclear, however, and an investigation is ongoing.
