Miami, FL- Injury Crash Reported on NW 5th Avenue
Miami, FL (January 10, 2021) – Police and rescue workers were at the scene of an injury crash in Miami on Saturday, January 9th. The crash was first reported around 10:45 p.m. on NW 5th Avenue near the intersection with NW 9th Street in the Overtown section of the city.
The Miami-Dade Police Department along with the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to the accident scene. Upon their arrival, police discovered a crash involving at least one injury. At this time, officers have not released any details on the events that led up to the crash. One victim was treated for unspecified injuries and there is no further update on their condition at this time. The identities of those involved in the crash have not been revealed. Drivers were advised to use caution when traveling near the scene.
