Miami, FL – Injury-Causing Wreck at 151st St & Hwy 1

Miami, FL (October 15, 2023) – On Sunday night, October 15, an accident involving at least two vehicles left a handful of people injured and forced the closing of a nearby road.

The incident occurred near the intersection of NE 151st Street and Highway 1 at around 6:45 p.m., said Miami-Dade County police. Police and emergency medical technicians who responded to the scene assisted the injured and took those who required hospitalization to a nearby facility.

Since the first accident notification, Miami-Dade County authorities have not provided any more updates. The reason for the collision has yet to be determined, but the inquiry is ongoing.
