Miami, FL – House Fire, Injuries at Second Ave & 74th St Under Inquiry

Miami, FL (March 1, 2024) – Firefighters were dispatched to a residence in the Little River neighborhood of Miami, close to The Cathedral of St. Mary, on Thursday night for reports of a fire that broke out at the home.

Firefighters extinguished the blaze about an hour after reporting to the site, located at the juncture of Northwest Second Avenue and 74th Street. EMTs also responded; however, the total number of injured victims remains unknown. The fire’s cause is still the subject of an investigation. Anyone with information regarding the fire was asked to contact Miami-Dade County Crime Stoppers.
