Miami, FL – Five Injured in House Fire at 36th St & 62nd Ave

Miami, FL (October 26, 2023) – A large home fire was reported near Miami Springs, and authorities are now investigating.
At 4:30 a.m. on Thursday, the house caught fire in the area of 36th Street and Northwest 62nd Avenue, according to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.
When firefighters arrived, two adults and three children had already fled the burning home, but all were evaluated for minor burns at the scene. A family pet was reported deceased as well.
Some of the MDFR firemen were spotted climbing to the roof in an effort to put out the fire. Firefighters eventually extinguished the blaze, but the cause of the fire remains unknown at this time.
