Miami, FL (February 18, 2024) – On Sunday morning, a motorcycle accident in Miami-Dade County prompted the arrival of first responders.

A man on a motorcycle was turning onto State Road 836 westbound from Northwest 42nd Avenue in Miami, according to the Florida Highway Patrol, when he was involved in a collision with another driver. The State Road 836 westbound on-ramp was momentarily closed due to the subsequent vehicle fire, and the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. No further details were released, but the FHP is seeking witnesses at this time.
