Miami, FL – Driver Hospitalized After Vehicle Wreck, Fire on Tamiami Trl

Miami, FL (December 2, 2023) – A vehicle was shown on fire via local news footage after a serious traffic collision at the intersection of Tamiami Trail and 57th Avenue in West Miami on Saturday morning, December 2.

Flames completely engulfed a compact sedan as fire personnel worked to extinguish it. Additionally, the driver of the sedan was examined by first responders at the scene before being taken to a local hospital. A black van was also involved in the accident, though it’s unclear the total number of victims who were hurt. The West Miami Police Department is reportedly handling the ongoing investigation into the cause of the wreck.
