Ft Lauderdale, FL – Three Hospitalized After Vehicle Wreck on NE 62nd

Fort Lauderdale, FL (December 11, 2023) – Further details were released by officers after an SUV that was involved in a pursuit in Hendry County crashed early Sunday morning, causing three people to be transported to the hospital.

At around 3:30 a.m. in the morning, police in Fort Lauderdale found the suspect’s car in the 1400 block of Northeast 62nd Street, which officials reported as the starting point of the high-speed pursuit throughout the city. The suspect eventually lost control and collided with another car, per officers’ reports. Three individuals were then sent to North Broward Hospital in the aftermath with injuries that were deemed non-life threatening. While authorities investigate, they have not yet revealed the driver’s identity or the details behind the wreck.
