Delray Beach, FL – Hit and Run Injures Bicyclist on Barwick Rd near Barrett St
Delray Beach, FL (July 8, 2021) –Authorities in Delray Beach are currently searching for a hit-and-run driver who sent a bicyclist to the hospital on the morning of Sunday, July 4. The incident occurred at around 7:00 a.m.
Reports indicate that the collision occurred on Barwick Road near Barrett Street. The driver of a 2014-16 Hyundai Genesis struck Barry Simon, aged 71.
Simon was sent to an area medical center with injuries. The driver fled the scene shortly after the crash occurred, according to officials.
