Auto Accidents in Florida

Serious and deadly car accidents occur each day across Florida. It is easy to be lulled into a false sense of security when we get into a vehicle. Most people take for granted the risks that are associated with operating a motor vehicle on a daily basis. Unfortunately, these risks are always present. According to some recent statistics, there were more than 3,000 people killed in Florida car accidents in 2019. In addition, nearly 250,000 injuries were also reported. Many of the injuries were serious in nature, requiring extensive medical treatment and a long-term recovery period.

If you have lost a loved one in a Florida traffic accident, our condolences go out to you. Certainly, there is nothing more devastating than the sudden loss of a family member. This is especially true if your loved one was killed in a crash that was not their fault. Although these accidents can be very devastating, it is important to remember that you could have legal recourse. Under Florida law, the victim’s next-of-kin may be entitled to bring a wrongful death claim to recover for funeral and medical bills, lost wages, loss of companionship, and potentially more. Only an experienced attorney can properly advise you on this process and ensure that the case is handled appropriately.

At Boone & Davis Law, our experienced Florida wrongful death attorneys are here to help during your time of greatest need. We have decades of experience handling some of the most difficult types of injury claims. Regardless of the nature of your case, we can help you achieve the justice that you deserve.
