Boca Raton, FL – Injury Crash Blocks Lanes of I-95
Boca Raton, FL (January 31, 2021) – The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene of an injury crash in Boca Raton in the early morning hours on Sunday, January 31st. The crash was first reported at approximately 7:30 a.m.
Troopers arrived at the scene in the northbound lanes of I-95 near Congress Avenue just after receiving a dispatch regarding the crash. When they arrived, they discovered at least one person suffering from injuries as a result of the accident. At this time, the cause of the crash and the nature of the injuries remains unclear.
The crash caused a roadblock in the area as police and rescue crews investigated at the scene. Motorists were advised to use caution when traveling or to find alternate routes of travel if possible. There is no word on whether any charges are expected to be filed in connection with the crash.
