Will my Florida auto accident case be affected because I gave a recorded statement to the other driver’s insurance company?

Transcript

When you give a recorded statement to the other driver’s insurance company, that statement can and will be used against you. Whether or not you’ve affected your case by giving a recorded depends upon what it said. Obviously, if you’re saying in the recorded statement that you weren’t hurt, or that you weren’t looking where you were driving, then absolutely, you can affect the value of your claim.
