What if I do not have medical insurance and am concerned about my medical expenses?

Transcript

If you’re involved in an auto accident in Florida and don’t have health insurance, you still are entitled to collect from your personal injury protection provision of your policy which will pay 75%-80% of your medical bills. The remaining bills are going to be recoverable from the at fault party. So the fact that you don’t have health insurance really will not affect your car accident case.
