What duties does a property owner owe to me in Florida?

Transcript

All property owners in the state of Florida owe a duty to use reasonable care to maintain their property in a reasonably safe manner. They’re also required to notify you of any dangers. So if they know of a dangerous condition on their property that’s not easily observable by you, they should have some warning so that you’re aware of it and it doesn’t cause you injury.
