West Palm Beach, FL – 5 Hospitalized in Motor Vehicle Collision near PGA Boulevard
West Palm Beach, FL (April 24, 2021) – Multiple people were injured following a car accident in West Palm Beach earlier this week. The collision happened on Monday, April 19th around 6:20 p.m.
Authorities responded to Interstate 95 southbound near PGA Boulevard just after the crash occurred. According to a report from the scene, there were three vehicles involved in the collision. A driver and four passengers in one of the vehicles were taken to Palm Beach Gardens Hospital for treatment. One of the passengers was treated for serious but non-life-threatening injuries. There is no word on whether anyone else was hurt as a result of the collision. The cause of the accident has not been released at this time.
Two southbound lanes of I-95 were blocked following the incident. Motorists were advised to use caution at the scene and to find alternate routes of travel if possible.
The crash remains under investigation. No further details have been released at this time.
