Tamarac, FL (August 7, 2021) – Police and rescue officials responded to the scene of a car accident with injuries in Tamarac on Friday. The crash was reported just before 7:00 a.m. on West Commercial Boulevard near the intersection with Banyan Lane.
The Broward Sheriff’s Office was among the first agencies to arrive at the crash site. When deputies arrived, they located a man suffering from injuries due to the accident. At this time, deputies believe it is possible that the man was injured in a hit-and-run collision, however, the nature of the accident has not been confirmed. The man was transported to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
