Fatal Traffic Accidents in Florida

When we get behind the wheel of a vehicle, we never expect to be involved in a serious car accident. It is easy to take our safety and security for granted or to have a false sense of security on the roadways. According to recent statistics, more than 400,000 car accidents were reported across the Sunshine State in 2019. These numbers help to illustrate some of the dangers that motorists face on a daily basis. Of this number, nearly 250,000 people suffered injuries of some description as a result of the crash. Many of the injuries sustained were serious in nature.

Following a Florida car accident, it is important to understand and be fully knowledgeable of your legal rights. Most car accidents in Florida take place due to the actions of a negligent driver. When you are on the other end of the crash, you should be entitled to recovery for your injuries. This includes payments for pain and suffering, lost wages, medical bills, and possibly more. You should certainly not have to be financially responsible for the careless and reckless actions of another motorist.

Here at Boone & Davis Law, our Florida car accident lawyers fight each day for the rights of those who have been injured through no fault of their own.
