Miami, FL - Injuries Occur in Hit-and-Run at NE 14th Ave & 135th St

Miami, FL (March 2, 2024) – On Saturday, March 2, authorities in Miami-Dade County launched an inquiry into a collision involving two vehicles. One of the motorists involved, according to Miami Police Department officials, fled the site of the collision.

Due to the hit-and-run, authorities closed the area between NE 14th Avenue and 135th Street when they arrived at the scene at 7:15 p.m. Although the exact number of injured individuals is unknown, paramedics were additionally dispatched to provide aid to MPD officers. In addition, authorities issued a request for witness statements as their investigation proceeds.

Our thoughts go out to the injured victims and their loved ones in hopes of their full recovery.
