How is a Florida property or business owner’s liability determined?

Transcript

A business owner is required under Florida law to maintain their property in a reasonably safe condition. A jury gets to decide whether or not the facts and circumstances of your accident are such that they can conclude that the owner didn’t do what he was supposed to do. Most of the time, the lawyer and the Adjuster for the insurance company settle the claim before a jury ever gets to decide it.
