Boca Raton Car Accidents

Florida is routinely among the most dangerous states in the country for motorists, with a high rate of crashes, including serious and fatal car accidents. According to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, there were over 400,000 reported traffic accidents in Florida in 2019. From these reported crashes, nearly 250,000 individuals suffered injuries of some description and, sadly, more than 3,000 people lost their lives. These numbers help to underscore some of the dangers that are faced by motorists on our roadways on a daily basis.

Following a Florida car accident, you are likely to have questions concerning your legal rights. If the crash was serious enough, the other driver or their insurance company may have a legal responsibility to compensate you for your injuries. Under Florida law, the victims of a major car accident can receive reimbursement of their medical bills, payments for their pain and suffering, lost wages, and potentially more. This can amount to a substantial number as medical bills can quickly and unexpectedly pile up after an accident.
