West Park, FL – Fatal Car Accident on SR 7 Under Inquiry

West Park, FL (April 7, 2024) – Following a deadly collision in southern Broward County on Saturday, deputies closed down a portion of State Road 7.

The Broward Sheriff’s Office reports that the collision blocked traffic in both directions between Hallandale Beach Boulevard and Southwest 21 Street in West Park. According to BSO, the southbound lanes were the first to reopen on Saturday afternoon while the deputies’ investigation was ongoing. The inquiry remains active in the meantime, and no other details about the victims were released.
