West Palm Beach, FL - Three Rescued in Boat Accident on Jupiter Inlet

West Palm Beach, FL (September 15, 2023) – On Saturday, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue reported they rescued three passengers when a 23-foot boat crashed, sank, and flipped east of the Jupiter Inlet.

As of 12:25 p.m., PBCFR units, the County Parks and Recreation Ocean Rescue, the Jupiter Police Department, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Eagle helicopter, and the United States Coast Guard all arrived at Dubois Park in response to a report of an incident in open water.

The three victims were rescued and taken to the Dubois Park docks for assessment of their injuries. The current conditions of the victims remain unknown, however.

An investigation into the cause of the incident remains ongoing, and no further details were provided.
