Miami, FL - Two-Vehicle Wreck w/Injuries at 199th St & 7th Ave

Miami, FL (September 19, 2023) – At least one person was hurt, and traffic was backed up for several miles after an accident involving two vehicles happened early on Tuesday morning, September 19.

The incident occurred near NW 199th Street and 7th Avenue at about 7:50 a.m., according to dispatch records from the Miami Police Department. Two vehicles collided at the intersection, per early reports from officials.

Immediately thereafter, local police enforcement and EMS personnel arrived at the scene to begin their on-scene investigation and assess the victims’ injuries, although they withheld any identifying details about the victims.

During the interim, authorities in Miami-Dade County are still investigating the cause of the collision.
