Miami, FL – Two Killed, Six Hospitalized After Two-Car Crash at NW 79th St & 10th Ave
Miami, FL (June 3, 2021) – Two people died and six others were injured after a car accident occurred in northwest Miami late on Thursday evening, June 3.
Police say that the collision happened around 11:00 p.m. at Northwest 79th Street and 10th Avenue. An Infiniti heading eastbound on 79th Street reportedly collided head-on with a Chevy SUV. The crash caused the Infiniti to spin out and burst into flames.
At least two victims died at the scene, though it’s unclear which vehicle they were traveling in. A pregnant mother and her five children, all in the SUV, sustained serious injuries requiring further treatment. Paramedics transported them to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami.
No additional details are available. The crash is under investigation at this time.
