Our thoughts are with everyone involved. We hope for their full recovery.

Truck Crashes in Miami

Florida holds the number three spot on the list for most traffic accidents involving semi-trucks in the nation. Only Texas and California hold higher spots. One of the worst kinds of accidents one can be involved in is a truck accident, especially if you are the party driving or riding in the other, smaller vehicles. The colossal size of the average “big rig” will always far exceed the size of the average car, leading to far more damage being done to the smaller vehicle.

Speeding among truck-drivers is found to be at a much higher rate in Florida than in any other state. Data shows that 10% of all Florida traffic-related deaths in 2016 had to do with someone speeding.

A person’s life and wellbeing can be devastatingly impacted after their involvement in a serious traffic accident. Those injured in negligently caused accidents may experience a reduced quality of life, and their wellbeing can be negatively impacted in various ways. They may be forced out of work due to dealing with severe pain and suffering, all while becoming increasingly financially burdened due to their accident and resulting injuries.
