Miami, FL – Pedestrian Dies in Crash on 27th Ave at Opa-Locka

Miami, FL (October 14, 2023) – On Saturday night, police in Opa-locka were conducting a death investigation after a car accident in the area.

A portion of the 27th Avenue junction was cordoned off with crime scene tape.

Just before 8:00 p.m. that evening, police were called to the site of a fatal pedestrian accident. Several law enforcement officials and detectives were seen surveying the area and gathering evidence.

Anybody with information should call the Miami-Dade County Crime Stoppers hotline, per officials. No further details were released in the meantime.
